About the Role: My client is looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join a well-established and dynamic Compliance team at a leading Lloyd's Insurer. Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level within a small, collaborative team.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business is adhering to regulatory requirements, with a specific focus on Conduct Risk. Your knowledge in these areas will be crucial in supporting the business with meeting its regulatory obligations, while helping to ensure the company maintains a strong compliance culture. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the monitoring and implementation of Conduct Risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty regulations and Product Governance standards.
  • Provide compliance advice and support across a range of regulatory requirements, with a focus on maintaining good customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the wider Compliance team and other business units to ensure all policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
