Axis has something great to offer! We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager, based at our office in Luton.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ISAM? The ISAM is responsible for managing relationships with Authorized Partners [AP] and developing strategies to drive growth within the Axis partner program. This includes addressing partner inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide support. By working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the ISAM ensures partners are aligned with Axis' strategic goals and fully supported in achieving their growth targets, ultimately contributing to Axis’s success in the region. As an ISAM, your role will vary, with most tasks being carried out from the office in Luton, though some business activities will take place in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research, preparation and prospecting…
- Qualifying authorized partners, contacting them personally to evaluate their potential
- Qualifying and evaluating leads (end-users, partners, resellers etc.)
- Evaluating the sales-out reports to analyse the development of new potential partners
- Setting targets/KPI for our partners and evaluating performance linked to those targets
- Training and inspiring our authorized partners
- Developing webinars for authorized partners together with regional trainer and sales engineer
- Handling the inbound calls professionally with a business-mind
- Act as the head of Salesforce, informing and training the local sales team
- Visit fairs, exhibitions and important key-customers in the field
- Perform outbound calls to develop non-active partners with great potential
- Participate in Axis Communications Academy to meet customers and recruit new partners
- Being the first point of contact with a new potential partner and sharing our core values
In addition to the tasks mentioned above, the role may also include work within special projects or project groups.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We believe that success in this position is linked to passion for learning new technology, being proactive and showing a will to collaborate. Our expectation is that you possess experience from working within sales and customer-oriented roles, preferably from the IT industry. Nevertheless, you’ll need to possess great communication skills and be a sales-driven person with a good service mind. Patience and a friendly attitude are key for this position as you will be the Axis interface for many of our important customers.

- At least 3 years of experience from a similar role
- Openness, enthusiasm, and patience to learn more about IT, Tech and IP technology
- Ability to create trust and develop long-term customer relations

- Experience working with Salesforce is an advantage
- Fluent in English
