About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Drylining Project Manager to lead and manage projects across the London region. The successful candidate will report directly to senior management and oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budgetary targets.
Key Duties:
- Manage the production and delivery of drylining projects ranging from £1m to £6m in value.
- Report directly to the Construction Director.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of staff and subcontractors, ensuring a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Implement strategies to achieve business growth and meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Ensure financial performance aligns with project goals through effective control measures.
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety for all staff and subcontractors on-site.
