Join a team as a Benefits Manager where you’ll play a key role in shaping our benefits and wellbeing offerings across Europe, ensuring compliance, driving strategic improvements which enhance employee experience through competitive benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage benefits policies (Healthcare, Risk, Pension, Wellbeing, Perks) across Europe in line with global strategy and local regulations.
- Lead annual benefit renewals and negotiations with brokers and consultants to secure the best value.
- Monitor market competitiveness, employee feedback, and utilisation data to refine benefits offerings.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, advising employees and HR leadership on benefits matters.
- Proactively manage risks, compliance, and communication to enhance benefits transparency.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in benefits, with 2+ years focused on health and risk benefits in Europe (UK pension expertise a must).
