Our client, an American software company, is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive the growth and engagement of digital marketing agencies within their partner program. This role focuses on recruiting new SMB agencies, managing relationships with existing partners, and executing joint go-to-market strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. If you’re passionate about partnerships, business development, and driving agency success, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. This is a 12-month contract, offering £50,000 - 56,500 per annum, pro rata (PAYE) - 37.5hrs/week.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively recruit new SMB digital marketing agencies into the partner program through a high-touch, strategic approach.
- Manage and grow relationships with both newly acquired and existing Growth Partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
- Build strong, effective relationships with partners to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Contribute to the development of new client acquisition strategies using available channels and resources.
- Drive new service offerings in collaboration with key partners.
- Develop training and enablement materials to support partners and enhance their sales effectiveness.
- Analyze partner performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer success, and ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in a SaaS or related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Passion for driving partner engagement and business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Email Marketing experience.
- Familiarity with Martech, eCommerce, and digital marketing agency ecosystems.
- Experience working with small & medium-sized service partners.
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones to drive partner engagement.
