Your responsibilities will include managing service standards, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring smooth, efficient service across the venue. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere

Ensure excellent service standards across all areas, delivering a seamless guest experience

Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing procedures to shift management

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development to promote team growth and efficiency

Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution of issues

Monitor stock levels and support inventory management to optimize service delivery

Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain service excellence during peak times

Skills and Experience:

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is an advantage, but a positive attitude and leadership skills are highly valued

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting

A proactive and solution‐oriented mindset with a focus on team support and growth

Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures
