Senior Audit and Accounting Adviser Up to £42,000 Blackburn Butler Rose are pleased to be recruiting for a fantastic opportunity that has arisen to join our clients audit, accounting and advisory team as a senior adviser, in a post exam qualified role. This opportunity is on the back of continued growth. What the role involves: Your work will be based at clients’ premises, predominantly around Lancashire and Greater Manchester, and in the offices. We adopt a flexible working policy and so some time may also be spent at home. You will start by building on your existing experience, reporting to managers, directors and partners and by effectively managing teams to deliver high quality, efficient audits. Developing strong client relationships as quickly as possible will be paramount. You will start to have client contact from day one as well as working closely with corporate tax colleagues. You will have responsibility for training and developing less experienced members of the audit team as well as identifying ways in which we can improve quality and efficiency. As your experience grows, you will be able to take responsibility for smaller audits and reporting direct to Responsible Individuals.
