Location: Central City Start Date: Early March Salary: Competitive + Package We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £10 million traditional build care home project, running for 24 months in a tight urban site footprint. This is a prime opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in complex build environments, with expertise in crane operations, traffic & delivery management, and logistical coordination. The Role As Number 1 on-site, you will take full responsibility for the start-to-finish delivery of the project, supported by an Assistant Site Manager. Key responsibilities include: Project leadership – Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, programme, and budget targets are met. Logistics & Site Management – Manage site constraints, including crane operations, deliveries, and traffic planning. H&S Compliance – Ensure all activities align with CDM regulations and company policies. Subcontractor Coordination – Drive productivity, quality, and sequencing of trades. Stakeholder Communication – Work closely with clients, consultants, and the wider project team. Requirements To be considered, you must have: CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certification. Proven experience delivering care homes, high-rise apartments, or similar £10M+ projects. Strong knowledge of logistics & buildability in constrained city-centre sites.
