The predicted salary is between 22100 - 25500 £ per year.

Hybrid working - Maxim Business Park @ Eurocentral. Our standard fulltime contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working - 24 hours minimum over 3 days). 35-hour variable shift pattern between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Salary ranges from £25,100 to £28,500 depending on hours worked and experience.

Due to continued growth in this area of the business, we have some exciting opportunities available in our Aviva Zero Motor Claims Team. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have an empathetic customer service style, providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to? If so, we would love to hear from you. No previous claims or insurance experience is required as full training will be provided.

A bit about the job: Your role will be to support our customers through the journey of making a motor claim. You could be taking the First Notification of Loss, gathering the right and relevant information to create a new claim, or you could be supporting them with provision of a replacement vehicle or providing an update on their vehicle repairs. Across Aviva Zero, you need to work proactively to ensure we minimise the inconvenience to our customers' daily lives. You will need to juggle multiple tasks at pace, utilising a range of digital systems, and be comfortable making quick decisions to get the right outcome for our customers.

  • Excellent communication both written and oral together with questioning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and prioritising responsibilities with a team player mentality to learn and help others out.
  • Passionate about delivering brilliant customer service i.e., someone who takes pride in producing a high standard of work and putting the customer first.
  • Embrace and support change, matched with the ability to share ideas and suggestions to improve our customers' journey.
  • Thrives undertaking digital & online tasks, and can demonstrate strong I.T skills, with prior experience of using software like Microsoft Outlook and Word.
