Your Role

  • Analyse Existing Systems: Assess current systems to identify documents for replication, retirement, or creation.
  • Prototype Support: Assist leads and SMEs in producing document prototypes.
  • User Story Management: Create, review, and gain approval for user stories, ensuring traceability of acceptance criteria for FNZ document builder.
  • Documentation Library Design: Contribute to the design of a new documentation library structure, including snippets, pages, and components.
  • Configuration Specifications: Collaborate with SME teams to produce configuration specs for new documents, prioritised by business needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various stakeholder groups to gather document requirements and feedback.
  • AI-Driven Review Support: Leverage AI tools to support document review and validation processes.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from customer focus groups, adviser panels, and third-party regulatory bodies.
  • Internal Review Coordination: Facilitate internal client reviews for documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for documentation process enhancements based on user and stakeholder insights.
