I'm working with a fast-growing start-up who are accelerating the resale and recommerce industry. The company offers an end-to-end solution that combines the ease of modern tech with expert valuation and customer-first service. They are looking for a Product Owner to come in and own their operational funnel, aligning multiple departments and productising internal tools. As the Product Owner, you will set the vision for their product platforms and how they will function. With their expected growth into multiple regions this year, they are looking for an experienced Product Owner to come in and run point on their future strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from end to end.
  • Turn high-level business goals into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables.
  • Manage and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and customer needs.
  • Define and own the vision and roadmap for key product areas, driving maximum value and impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review existing processes, uncover improvement opportunities, and shape solutions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Prioritise initiatives and features to maintain strong alignment with the overarching product strategy.
  • Leverage analytics tools and customer insights to pinpoint areas for growth, optimisation, and innovation.
  • Support the helpdesk team by assisting with incident triage and providing timely updates on product-related issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the tech team, providing clarity, answering questions, and helping to remove blockers.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and champion the customer perspective throughout the product development process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working on end to end product management platforms.
  • Experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment.
  • Experience building foundations at scale.
  • Proven experience managing and articulating a product backlog.
  • Extensive experience working with multiple stakeholders at an international scale.
  • Clear and confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
