What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring technical and commercial objectives are met on time.
- Working closely with the Engineering Manager to coordinate teams in Surrey and remotely across global locations.
- Creating and managing detailed project plans, tracking milestones and key deliverables.
- Implementing project controls, reporting on KPIs and maintaining clear documentation.
- Coordinating with Purchasing and suppliers to oversee prototype builds and optimise sourcing.
- Managing risks and proactively implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Supporting engineering teams and facilitating review meetings, capturing actions and driving progress.
- Championing continuous improvement in project processes and delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM preferred).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Ideally Degree-qualified in Engineering or related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other UK sites.
