The Opportunity

Our client is looking for ambitious people to join their fast-paced sales floor. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a growing business that has recently joined the FTSE in May 2024. In less than 15 years, the business has grown from 5 to 400+ employees with a market cap circa £850m. Our client is a rapidly growing FinTech which has launched a new Fund Finance division -they are looking for new business development managers to join their time.

• You will be joining a team that is at the start of it’s trajectory, an incredibly rare opportunity within a listed business.

• This business is known known for building high performing sales engines, you have the privilege of being at the start of something truly special.

• Sales experience is not a prerequisite. If you are committed, ambitious and eager to take a step up, then we want to hear from you.

The Specifics

• Engaging and consulting with C-level executives of Investment Funds. Cold calling/warm calling

• Creatively thinking of other channels ( LinkedIn, Emails etc ) to engage prospects and help build marketing campaigns.

• You will work closely with our strategists to help clients onboard onto their new Fund Finance platform

• You will develop trusted relationships with your existing portfolio of clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio
