An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and meticulous Junior Lawyer to join our client's Commercial Property team. In this role, you will handle a diverse and challenging caseload while working closely with clients and supporting the team on a daily basis. You will have the chance to work with prestigious house builders and large-scale investors, gaining invaluable experience in the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial property contracts and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support various commercial property transactions.
- Provide clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice while maintaining strong communication with clients.
- Support the management of property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing arrangements.
