About the role: As a clinical specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert, providing top-notch clinical support and working in partnership with our sales team to develop new and existing opportunities with physicians and hospitals. You’ll showcase your technical expertise by partnering with healthcare professionals through supporting the use of the technology in the operating room, clinics and through education sessions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Case support: be the hero in the operating room, providing essential support during procedures.
  • Patient follow-ups: conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer and patient satisfaction.
  • Training: educate physicians and staff on the use of our products, ensuring they are confident and proficient.
  • Relationship building: forge strong connections with physicians and staff at clinical sites, offering unparalleled service and responsiveness.
  • Collaboration: work with sales and marketing to communicate valuable product and market insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Clinical or hospital environment, including >2 years in an industry role working with implantable medical devices, ideally Neuromod, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Cardiac EP, Orthopaedic or Spine.
  • Skills: Superior clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships.
