As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing high-performing PPC and Meta campaigns while cultivating strong client relationships. The role focuses heavily on lead generation for service-based businesses, providing you with the autonomy to drive results and deliver tangible value. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Delivery, and collaborate with a wider delivery team to optimise advertising outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns from end to end, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including onboarding, strategy updates, and performance reporting.
- Create full campaign strategies, including research, funnel build-outs, and tracking setup using Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
- Audit existing ad accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for performance enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling creatives, content, and campaign strategies that convert.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing lead generation-focused Google Ads campaigns.
- At least 1 year’s experience running high-performing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and deliver on KPIs with strong organisational skills.
- Skilled in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving campaign outcomes.
Salary: £53,400 OTE (£36,000 base salary + £17,400 performance-related bonuses)
