We are currently looking for a Room Leader to join our team. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate with be Level 3 qualified.

Responsibilities:

• Plan fun and engaging activities
• Create and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain high standards in your room at all time
• Follow all necessary safeguarding procedures
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for all the children in your care, as well as other members of staff.

Requirements:

• Be able to travel to Braintree
• Level 3 Qualification in Childcare
• Experience in a childcare setting
• positive attitude
