I am seeking a passionate and committed care home deputy manager to join this medium sized, Good rated residential and dementia care home that is highly regarded in the area and part of a very well regarded care home group specialising in residential and dementia care of the elderly.
As Deputy Manager you will ensure excellent quality care is given by working hand-in-hand with the Home Manager to lead a highly skilled and dedicated team and make sure every resident receives the exceptional care they deserve.
Requirements:
- Ideally a Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health and Social Care or willingness to undertake.
- Experience in a leadership role in a care home or similar setting.
- Solid knowledge of CQC standards and a commitment to delivering outstanding compliance.
- Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A positive, approachable, and team-focused attitude.
Your role will be to:
- Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated and committed staff team to deliver outstanding care every single day.
- Take charge of day-to-day care home operations and keep everything running smoothly, especially when the Home Manager's away.
- Help maintain high standards and cultivate a culture within the team where everyone strives to always exceed expectations.
