We’re hiring a Demand Planner to play a key role in driving supply chain efficiency across the chosen region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, international business with a collaborative and dynamic culture. You’ll be responsible for forecasting and demand planning across a region of countries, working closely with local Sales Teams and central Supply Chain functions. This is a strategic role that combines analysis, collaboration, and process improvement—and a real opportunity to influence growth in a key region of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts, improving forecast accuracy and customer service levels.
- Provide detailed forecast data to Central Supply Chain using internal planning tools.
- Analyze historical sales performance, highlight variances, and drive continuous improvement.
- Own volume budget input and support commercial teams with clear demand insights.
- Lead weekly forecast reviews (S&OP) with Key Account Managers to align on forecasts and promotional volumes.
- Monitor and reduce distress stock, identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Align with retailers on baseline and promotional forecasts.
- Produce inventory reports, evaluate performance, and collaborate with logistics providers to optimize inventory flows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning or similar supply chain roles.
- Strong forecasting and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with demand planning in the Nordic region—or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in tools such as JDA Manugistics, SAP, and IBP advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
