We are recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader to join a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated engineer to take a leadership role and drive engineering excellence across the site.
As the Engineering Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site runs efficiently, with minimal downtime, while supporting and developing a team of engineers. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve production targets and continuous improvement goals.
