I am currently working with a globally recognised institution who own and operate a large mixed portfolio of schemes in central London. They are also an active Developer currently working across a large scale, mixed-use masterplan. My client is looking to appoint an Investment and Development Manager to work across the large masterplan, focusing on a mixture of asset classes including PBSA and Life Science, as well as wider projects within the portfolio.
The role would suit someone with strong Investment experience as well as experience managing the Development process. An experienced Surveyor would be well suited to the role.
The Investment and Development Manager will:
- Assess and appraise new potential acquisitions for the portfolio
- Build development appraisals to assess best use for projects
- Support senior team on various developments within the portfolio
- Select, appoint, and manage external consultants and professional teams
- Oversee planning, design and delivery of projects
- Assess assets within portfolio for development or disposal
The successful applicant will:
- Have 2+ years experience in Real Estate, either consultancy or client side
- Have strong numerical skills
- Have experience reporting to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to interpret and manipulate complex financial models
- Be comfortable writing detailed presentations to present to key stakeholders
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
