Our client is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their dedicated team at a well-established dealership in Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work in a supportive and high-performing environment.

The Role:

  • As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing customer vehicles while working towards productivity and efficiency targets.
  • You must be proficient in using modern diagnostic equipment and have a strong track record of delivering right first time repairs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified: You must be time-served and hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Experienced: Previous main dealer experience is preferred, though full training will be provided.
  • Skilled Communicator: You should be able to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is essential.

  • Competitive Salary + Bonuses: Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 OTE £40,000 - £50,000
