BQP/Pilgrims is a large UK based pig producer working with over 350 partnership farmers to supply high welfare, quality pork products to premium markets. Part of Pilgrim's Europe, we are a totally integrated business and proud of our 'farm to fork' approach.
Due to continued expansion plans, we are looking to recruit a veterinary surgeon to join our progressive veterinary team based in East Anglia. The successful candidate will join a talented and experienced team whose key focus is supporting our farmers in maintaining the highest standard of pig herd health and welfare through the delivery of exemplary clinical standards.
You will be a key member of the broader pig production team, working alongside our field, technical and nutritional teams to drive excellence and continuous improvement throughout our supply chain.
We are looking for a qualified MRCVS, ideally with pig experience but open to hearing from veterinaries looking for a change of direction. Regardless of experience, it is essential that you have strong communication skills with an ability to build business relationships across our farming community. A full driving licence is essential.
