Your new opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our services within our Kirkintilloch Road Service, which provides a wide range of support for people with physical and learning disabilities. At Kirkintilloch Road, we strive to offer a service that is truly person-centred, ensuring that the vision of the People We Support is encapsulated in policy and service delivery.

We wish to challenge and change societal attitudes to become fair and inclusive - ensuring that everyone has quality opportunities to thrive and reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of this service and will ensure compliance with all organisational administrative tasks as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered. The Team Leader will manage their own time and support hours, and they will be supported by Project Managers. This is a full-time permanent position working 39 hours per week. Our staff work on a rota system over 24 hours. The Team Leader will be responsible for completing rotas to ensure shifts are covered and support is consistent over 24 hours.
