The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Assist the store manager and deputy manager with staff rotas, shift arrangements, absences, and sick leaves management. Support deputy manager and store manager to ensure the store operations are kept at the Company’s standards, acts on behalf of the store management team when the store manager and deputy manager are absent.

Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of all departments including distributing the workload evenly and ensuring motivation and performance levels are maintained. Carry out Gap Check daily and create orders for products that will be or are low on stock. Supervise staff members including coaching and motivating teammates to meet and exceed expectations.

Organise, delegate, manage and monitor performance of staff including maintaining a welcoming, safe environment, identifying and minimising all potential risks to users of premises, the Company and property. Assist management with hiring processes, new team member training and ensure appropriate shift cover.

Carry out performance reviews with employees and supervisors to ensure that the Company’s procedures are followed and that customer service is maintained to the Company’s standards. Ensure all staff members are trained and compliant with EPOS guidelines. Support other members of the store management team in maintaining the Company’s standards.

Ensure the planned labour is fully utilised at all times within the store. Adjustments on task assignments should be made from time to time. Ensure the store is organised, clean and attractive to customers at all times. Identify talent and be accountable for departmental promotion and succession.

Comply with the Company’s Health and Safety guidelines at all times. Ensure all employees are provided the correct protective equipment. Report all safety hazards and risk factors to the store manager without delay. Take on key holder responsibility for opening and closing the store.
