What You'll Do:

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture that aligns with business vision
• Guide technical direction across domains with a pragmatic, scalable mindset
• Translate strategic goals into actionable tech roadmaps
• Identify and solve architectural challenges with creativity and clarity
• Collaborate deeply—code alongside teams, mentor engineers, and drive knowledge sharing
• Monitor and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and smart build vs. buy decisions

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in architecture and software development (SaaS/API/platform focus)
• Deep experience in .NET, Java, or similar; broad understanding of system integration, web technologies, and scalable backend systems
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning, distributed systems, and real-time processing
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, drive consensus, and communicate technical vision effectively
• Bonus if you have payment or fintech experience
