I am looking for a Project Engineer/Manager to join a growing team based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, supporting the expansion in Europe and the USA. This role offers a great opportunity for a qualified individual to manage a variety of Environmental Control Projects across industries, including Air Pollution Control systems like Thermal Oxidisers, Carbon Adsorption Systems, and Scrubbers, with project values ranging from circa of £2M plus.
You will oversee projects from contract award to completion, handling design, engineering, project structuring, and collaborating with global teams. This position offers responsibility and autonomy, with a focus on delivering results, managing financial performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Business Director and working closely with the Senior Project Manager and team, you will have access to a wealth of knowledge and industry experience.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally, you’ll have a technical qualification in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar) and around 5 years of experience in process plant, air pollution control, or air movement systems. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- We’re looking for a self-starter, passionate about continuous learning and development, with strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to execution.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, global environment is essential.
The role is based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, with travel in the UK and abroad for short-term project needs. A driving licence and preferably a car for UK site visits are required (mileage allowance provided).
