What you will do
The Driver Services team offers fleet management and vehicle in-life administration including but not limited to processing pool car bookings, driving licence check management, fines processing, tracker and telematics installations, MID management, supporting customers with requests for taking vehicles abroad, obtaining parking permits and registration plate cherished transfers.
This role will oversee the department and support the team in ensuring all workload is completed in a timely manner, using cost effective methods and ensuring our fleet remains compliant in all areas. The successful applicant will identify improvement opportunities, present and implement recommendations and solutions whilst developing key measurements of quality within customer, supplier and internal operations. The role is a key position within the business liaising with senior management and Directors, providing transparency to other departments and acting as a point of knowledge within the team and the wider business.
