We have an exciting 8 Month long contract available!! Our presitgious manufacturing client in Silchester are now looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team! This is a fast-paced and varied role, offering an hourly rate of up to £18 per hour, holiday accrual a friendly and supportive team and an early finish Fridays. If you’re an either an experienced Logistics Administrator or a strong Administrator with the desire to get into a Logistics environment, we urge you to apply today! As a Logistics Administrator, you will be dealing with documents around the logistics process and liaising with freight companies, external offices, answering queries, and more! The successful Logistics Administrator will benefit from: •Hours are 08.00 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday and Fridays are 08.00 to 15.30. •Free on-site parking •Accrual of holiday •A competitive salary of £15.50 to £18.00 per hour As a Logistics Administrator, you will be: • Manage global shipping activities, including creating delivery notes, packing lists, export documents, and liaising with freight forwarders and clearing agents. • Collaborate with workshop supervisors, production teams, and international shipping coordinators to ensure smooth vehicle movements, timely deliveries, and efficient processes. • Handle freight invoice queries and prepare requisitions for transportation needs. What we’re looking for: We’d love to connect with candidates who is an experienced Administrator, preferably from an Import or Export or Logistics background. You’ll be a confident team player with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be familiar with MS Off´fice, Oracle, or a similar SAP system.
