What you need to know:
· All our service users we support are always treated as an individual, they are encouraged to remain independent and have an input in their care plan to include their own choices whilst ensuring their safety is never compromised.
· The range of support include personal care, medication administration, shopping, and companionship.

Must be aged 18 or above., You will provide high quality person-centred care supporting people in their own home, the post requires you to work flexibly, and this includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. As a Home Care Worker, you are undertaking one of the most important roles in the community; you will be helping other people to retain as much independence as possible and providing this is not an easy skill, sensitivity and kindness is extremely important.
