Facilities Manager Wanted β Warrington
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities within the designated region. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for employees while optimising operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
β Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
β Oversee the maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and equipment
β Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services
β Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
β Develop and manage the facilities budget
β Coordinate with various departments to meet their facility-related needs
β Implement sustainable practices to reduce the company\βs environmental footprint
Qualifications:
β Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a regional or multi-site capacity
β Strong leadership and communication skills
β Excellent problem-solving abilities
β Knowledge of building systems and regulations
β Certification in Facility Management
