Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and increase revenue.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure professional growth and high performance.
• Manage store budgets, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize costs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing, and customer-friendly environment.
