Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable solicitor to manage a diverse range of residential property transactions, providing expert legal advice and client care.

Key Responsibilities:- Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.
- Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions and ensuring a smooth, efficient conveyancing process.
- Conducting title reviews, drafting contracts, and completing property searches.
- Managing client relationships and maintaining exceptional service standards throughout transactions.
- Liaising with lenders, agents, and other third parties to ensure timely progress of cases.
- Providing strategic and practical legal advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
