Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.

  • Conducting title reviews, drafting contracts, and completing property searches.
  • Managing client relationships and maintaining exceptional service standards throughout transactions.
  • Liaising with lenders, agents, and other third parties to ensure timely progress of cases.

Requirements:
