We are looking to recruit Business Analyst / Digital Analyst to join Capgemini Financial Services. This is a permanent, full-time position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their career.
Your Role
- User Story Development: Led the creation, review, and approval of detailed user stories ensuring alignment with adviser workflows and business goals.
- Acceptance Criteria Traceability: Maintained traceability of acceptance criteria across features and functions, ensuring robust linkage between requirements and delivery.
- Client Portal & App Enhancements: Defined and validated requirements for the client portal and new app functionalities such as Goal Planner, Document Store, and Suitability Report display.
- Feature Ownership: Supported feature build and release for key modules including Hybrid Invest and Retire, Notifications, FF and ATR, and Secure Messages.
- Authorisation & Signatures: Streamlined digital authorisations and e-signature flows, enhancing user security and compliance.
- UX-Driven Design Input: Provided input into user experience flows to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless interaction across mobile and web platforms.
- UI Collaboration: Worked closely with design teams to align branding, layout, and component usage, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.
- Valuations & Diary Booking: Drove requirements for interactive tools like live valuations, diary bookings, and adviser-client scheduling with real-time sync.
- Login & Access Features: Supported design and security features for login, rest states, and session continuity to maximise usability and safety.
- Photo, Scan & Mortgage Tools: Enabled mobile-first experiences like photo/scan document upload and Mortgage Affordability calculators with a focus on user ease and responsiveness.
Experience Required
- Led the end-to-end production, review, and approval of user stories, ensuring they aligned with adviser workflows and business objectives, while maintaining traceability of acceptance criteria across all features.
- Defined and validated requirements for client portal and app enhancements, including Goal Planner, Document Store, Suitability Report, and key modules like Hybrid Invest and Retire, Notifications, FF, ATR, and Secure Messages.
- Collaborated closely with UI and UX teams to ensure visually consistent, user-friendly experiences across mobile and web platforms, focusing on intuitive navigation and component alignment.
- Delivered requirements for secure digital authorisation, e-signatures, login flows, rest states, and session continuity to enhance both user experience and security.
