Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research and financial analysis on client portfolios.
- Write suitability reports and recommendation letters.
- Carry out annual review analysis and reporting.
- Work directly with advisers and clients to gather key financial information.
- Obtain illustrations, cash flow modelling, quotes, and supporting literature.
- Ensure compliance standards are met.
- Liaise with providers and assist in the submission of new business.
- Assist with client meetings where necessary.
- Manage and update back-office systems and data records.
- Collaborate with the wider team to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
The Ideal Employee:
- Minimum of four years relevant experience.
- CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and suitability assessment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong report-writing skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and back-office systems.
