Your new company is a high street name company offering an interim role with hybrid working. This is a hands-on and busy Operational Risk role.
Your new role involves providing risk management expertise and liaising across teams to ensure risk management is maintained and progressing. Key responsibilities include:
- Testing controls - Risk control auditing to ensure risks are being managed effectively
- Liaison across multiple teams, bringing together people to facilitate risk mitigation action plans
- Operational risk reviews
What you will need to succeed:
- Several years of Operational Risk experience gained in a fast-moving environment
- IRM certification or an Audit qualification (preferred)
- Familiarity with techniques for risk management and business impact
- Strong senior stakeholder liaison and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong day-to-day experience with Excel/PowerPoint
