We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead a Finance team and drive growth within the organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Finance and Payroll team.
- Maintain strong relationships with sales and operational teams.
- Implement and improve financial control systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support audits.

Key Requirements:
