We have an opportunity for a Housing Income Manager to join our Income Team to ensure the efficient and effective management of income processing, rent setting, and service charge functions. As our Housing Income Manager, you will manage the Income Team, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
Using your knowledge of income / arrears recovery management, you will provide technical advice to the organisation and ensure that CHA complies fully with the Rent Standard of the Regulator of Social Housing and individual rent agreements. You will manage the annual rent review, the annual rent increase process and oversee rent and service charge setting for new and existing customers, ensuring accuracy and transparency. With excellent attention to detail, you will ensure accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation of rent and service charge accounts, with monthly reconciliations and robust financial controls.

- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
