Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for property, tech, and people? We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing short-term let management and technology business in Edinburgh, and they’re on the lookout for a Sales Manager to join their high-performing team.

🔍 The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads, responsible for:
- Conducting discovery calls and closing deals with property owners and partners.
- Managing and nurturing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
- Working closely with marketing to create and refine lead generation strategies.
- Leading local outreach initiatives—networking events, cold calling, CSR campaigns, and more.
- Collaborating with your assistant to organise meetings, follow-ups, and prospecting campaigns.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Marketing and business development experience.
- Hospitality or property industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
