Project Coordinator – Sittingbourne – Hybrid My client, a leader in their field, are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. My client are known in the market for the positive reputation and are looking to grow their team due to their rapid growth. Role & Responsibilities: * Communicating with customers and suppliers daily * General administration duties * Creating orders on the system and scheduling works * Creating invoices and setting up part numbers * Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders Essential Skillset: * Previous experience in the supply chain industry * Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists * 5+ GSCEs with a minimum of grade C or above. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel * Experience on ERP systems/databases Benefits: * Future career progression available * Gym membership provided * Hybrid working following 8 week training period * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Private medical insurance * Flexi time policy Project Coordinator – Sittingbourne – Hybrid
