We are recruiting for a fast-growing, dynamic manufacturer in Redditch, seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have a strong mechanical and electrical background within an industrial, FMCG, or manufacturing setting and hold a relevant engineering qualification.
In this role, the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing planned maintenance and responding promptly to breakdowns, ensuring all actions are thoroughly documented. You will play a key role in preventing equipment failures, improving performance through continuous enhancements, minimizing downtime, and maintaining clear communication with the team to support efficient operations.
