We are seeking fully qualified and experienced Refrigeration Service-Maintenance Engineers in the West Midlands to cover the planned and reactive service/maintenance to systems including Commercial refrigeration equipment, display units, Ice Machines, Walk in Fridge and Freezer systems from all the major manufacturers.
As an established nationwide company founded in 1995, Aspen Cooling specialises in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service/maintenance working for high-end customers. With our expanding customer portfolio, we are looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers that can work as part of a team, who can effectively manage customers' expectations and are prepared to go the extra mile to complete the job.
You will need:
- Full UK driving licence
- City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas + Hydrocarbons (Hydrocarbon training will be provided)
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2, time served apprenticeship
- Strong Refrigeration, Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
- CSCS card required (if not, training will be provided)
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge and experience working on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on mechanical components
- Lead and train junior technicians in best practices and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain necessary certifications, including NVQ and CSCS
Please note you must be able to achieve a DBS certificate.
