The Role

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Bartender to join our team. As a key member of the bar team, you’ll bring the bar to life with your passion for great drinks and your commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding service with a smile, every time
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks to the highest standards
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Share your knowledge of our drinks list and make recommendations to guests
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth bar operations
• Help create a welcoming, positive atmosphere for everyone

About You:

• Experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role
• A genuine passion for great drinks, from cocktails to craft beers
• Positive, can-do attitude and a love of working in a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A commitment to upholding Cubitt House standards
