You are a Project Planner with a positive and professional persona who can adapt to change, manage your time well with an approachable attitude. You will use your own initiative to assess, manage and resolve issues that may arise.
Our client is a specialist systems integrator supplying control and safety solutions for complex and critical applications in a variety of industry sectors.
The role involves monitoring project progress, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring accurate schedules and software systems for all ongoing projects.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Creating an appropriate work breakdown structure for all projects.
- Assisting the Operations Director and Project Managers in general tasks.
- Working closely with the Project Management team and other teams such as Procurement and Engineering to ensure Project and Engineering Schedules are accurate.
- Monitoring project progress against the plan, making suggestions on how to expedite and improve the timeline.
Pre-requisites:
- PC literate with experience of Word, Excel, Projects.
- Experience of Primavera – P6.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Be keen, reliable, committed, self-motivated, driven.
- Organised, diligent and has an attention to detail.
- Approachable, communicative and positive attitude.
- Able to work on your own initiative to assess, manage and resolve problems/issues.
