They have created a brand-new Agile Delivery Manager role to help bring clarity, structure, and focus to a busy, cross-functional team. This is a chance to step into a business where delivery practices are still forming; you’ll have real influence and backing from senior leadership to make improvements quickly.
What you’ll be doing:

- Leading Agile ceremonies and establishing delivery rhythms.
- Introducing tooling to manage visibility and workflow.

- Working closely with developers to estimate, unblock, and deliver work.
You’ll be reporting into senior leadership and working alongside another delivery manager already in the team.

You don’t need decades of experience, but you do need to be proactive, well-organised, and comfortable taking ownership of delivery processes from day one. Ideal candidates will have:
- Solid experience in Agile delivery roles within software or digital teams.
- The ability to implement and run stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, etc.
- Experience setting up delivery tooling or Agile boards.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach to leadership.
- Bonus: experience in project environments involving data or analytics.
The offer:
- Up to £55,000 base salary.
- 7.5% bonus.
- 25 days holiday.
- 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH.
- A supportive team with full buy-in to improve delivery practices.
