The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Hybrid working: 2-3 days per week in the office. The role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a diverse range of technologies, playing a key role in infrastructure operations, IT security, and second- and third-line support. Your work will span our offices across Europe, with some travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-line support alongside the Service Desk
- Maintain and support physical and virtual server environments (Windows & Linux), Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem & cloud), Microsoft Azure services, Meraki Wi-Fi, SD-WAN infrastructure and Firewalls
- Administer VMware ESXi-based systems
- Manage laptop imaging and endpoint device deployment
- Support MS Teams telephony and video conferencing
Required Skills / Experience:
- Experience of providing 2nd and 3rd level IT support and good knowledge of the following;
- Microsoft Active Directory & MS server 2016, 2019, 2022
- VMWare administration
- Networking administration, SD-WAN, Meraki
- Windows 10/11
