We are presently recruiting for a new role based in the High Wycombe area for a key role of Deputy Hotel Manager to oversee the day to day operations with a focus on service quality in the hotel and also manage the F&B teams.

This role is ideal for someone looking to be involved in the operation and to focus and shape the F&B offerings within the hotel and to implement and develop the hotel's food and beverage.

Working closely with the Hotel General Managers to put in place policies and procedures to ensure the F&B is of the standard required for guests. You will have knowledge and experience in 4/5 star hotels and understand the operations and also the financial requirements to create great F&B for the guests.

Working closely with the various departments in the hotel to develop all team members and manage to deliver great guest service and a superb guest experience at all times in all areas of the hotel.

The hotel has 1st class facilities that include 2 restaurants, bars as well as events and function spaces and you will work to develop the spaces to generate sales and revenue.

Create good working practices and policies that are individual and that each department is working closely with each other creating a positive work environment for all.

Manage the finances of the departments working to achieve the sales and revenue targets as well as to control costs for wages, purchasing in line with company budgets.

Direct reports to the Hotel General Manager with regular management meetings to ensure targets are being achieved.
