The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our client's team. This new position has been created to support the Contract Manager by taking on a key quality assurance role. You will play an essential part in maintaining high standards across our electrical work, ensuring compliance with NIC regulations and national standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the second signatory for all NIC electrical works, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
- Conduct spot checks and quality audits on completed works across our contracts.
- Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager to improve quality control processes and share best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with industry regulations and company procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams on quality-related matters.
Essential Criteria
- Hold a current qualification to the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
- Demonstrable experience working with or signing off NICEIC-approved electrical installations.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a methodical, process-driven approach.
- Confident in using digital tools and platforms for certification, record keeping and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
