We are currently working with a Housing Consultancy Business who are shaping the future of property maintenance in social housing. Our client is a respected name in the social housing sector, delivering expert consultancy, surveying services, and market-leading software solutions. They work with housing associations, local authorities, building contractors and consultants, providing the tools and insight they need to deliver high-quality, cost-effective property maintenance services.

Due to continued successful growth, they are looking for a Product Consultant to join their dynamic team to help ensure their clients get the best from their products. As a Product Consultant, you will be at the heart of client relationships delivering tailored training, offering expert consultancy, and providing hands-on product support. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance understanding, drive best practice, and shape the future of our product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Implementation
    • Deliver onsite and online training to housing professionals, operatives, and contact centre staff.
    • Create and maintain training content, including bespoke materials and video tutorials.
    • Tailor sessions to address client-specific needs and varying levels of experience.
  • Consultancy
    • Analyse client data to assess usage and provide actionable insights.
    • Support clients with rate adjustments and implementation strategies.
    • Run stakeholder workshops and present findings to senior decision-makers.
  • Product Support & Development
    • Provide second-line support and help clients interpret technical documentation.
    • Support product demos, user events, and contribute to product improvement.
    • Research and develop new items, maintaining the accuracy and relevance of our library.

We are looking for an approachable, analytical, and passionate team player who wants to add value and improve services in the social housing sector. Whether you are delivering training, solving technical queries, or running workshops, your communication skills shine.

Essential:
  • 12 years experience in training, consultancy, or client IT support.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident analysing data and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable:
  • Understanding of social housing or property maintenance.
  • Background in Quantity or Building Surveying.
