Seventy7 is a highly successful integrated creative agency, working with a wide range of retailers from start-ups to some of the biggest brands and names in the world of fashion and home. Our team based across London, Manchester & Mumbai have the capability, creativity and commercialism to provide creative solutions for our diverse client portfolio, including renowned brands like M&S, Jimmy Choo, and Kurt Geiger.

Our services include branding, web design, digital marketing, creative, photography, photographic production and video, all of which are wrapped with end-to-end account management and logistics production - put simply we plan, create and optimise content for our clients. This role will be based in our London studio complex in SW6.

Role Overview: This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for a driven, motivated, experienced and exceptionally organised individual to join our fantastic team to help us reach our next level of growth. As Traffic Manager you will play a pivotal role, as this position will encompass all areas of our visual creation offer. Managing all aspects of workflow and delivery across the whole agency to ensure all work is resourced efficiently, produced on time and profitably.

Working closely with our Production, Client Services, Creative & Post-Production teams, you will organise, manage and coordinate all resources and the distribution of work to meet our business needs and those of our clients. You will be integral in providing our teams with a Project Management service, to be the organisational hub at the heart of our business. Your key focus will be to develop, change where required and integrate all of our workflows into one seamless process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop a best practice approach to managing and tracking workflow at seventy7 London.
  • Manage, track and create visibility of all workflows through the agency at any given time.
  • Overseeing all resource planning, spatial and traffic management, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently, on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring all teams are resourced appropriately and that stakeholder expectations are well managed and communicated to.
  • Work closely with the Producers, Art Directors and Studio Teams to allocate studio space to maximise efficiencies.
  • Developing a tried and trusted network of specialist freelancers required to work alongside & support our internal teams, ensuring we are working with the best talent and negotiating the best rates.
  • Manage all external resource requirements working closely with the wider teams regarding timings, skill sets and budgets.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of managing the workflow within a photographic/creative agency that covers all aspects of content production including especially photography and video.
  • Experience of working effectively with creative teams and a proven background in the production and management of a wide range of teams and projects in varied sizes.
  • Exceptionally organised with a passion for driving and optimising resource with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent people & communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal teams and with strong commercial thinking to drive and increase efficiency.
  • Excellent reporting skills with the ability to evaluate workflows, capacity, deliverables and service levels.
  • A proactive, flexible & energetic team player who can work calmly under pressure whilst delivering a phenomenal attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to manage conflicting opinions and resolve with the company’s best interests in mind, whilst maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Be confident at presenting and running regular WIP meetings, kick off meetings with clear and engaging communication skills.
  • In such a fast-paced environment you must be intuitive, able to lead and to think on your feet.
  • Experience of using relevant Project Management, Traffic, Scheduling systems and an awareness of new technologies and systems within the project management/resource field.

Qualifications:

  • Min 3-5 years experience in a photographic studio or related environment.
  • Proficiency in workflow management systems and software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/GoogleDocs.
